Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
Marley's values your privacy. Below you'll find which data I process when you fill in the contact form, what for, and what rights you have.
Data controller: Marley's (Marleen van der Horst), Amsterdam. Questions? Email info@marleys.agency.
What data I process
When you fill in the form, I process your name, your email address and (optionally) your phone number.
I also record which language the site was in and, if you arrived via an ad, which campaign it was, so I know where your request came from.
What I use it for
I only use your data to get in touch about your request and to give you the advice you asked for. I don't send newsletters and I never sell your data.
Legal basis
The processing is based on your own request: you leave your details because you want to be called or emailed.
Who processes your data
To handle your request I use a few service providers that process data on my behalf:
· Postmark, to send and receive the email with your request.
· Vercel, to host the site and for privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor statistics.
· Only after your consent: Meta (ad measurement) and Microsoft (Clarity, site usage). See the Cookies section.
These parties may only use your data for these purposes.
Cookies
Functional: one cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language choice and one (marleys_consent) stores your cookie choice. The visitor statistics are cookieless and can't be traced back to you.
Ad measurement: only if you click 'Accept' in the cookie notice do I load the Meta Pixel. It measures which of my ads lead to a request and shares data with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for that.
Site usage: after that same consent I use Microsoft Clarity. It creates heatmaps and recordings of how people click and scroll through the page, so I can improve the site. What you type into the form (your name, email and phone number) is masked and therefore not recorded.
If you click 'Decline', none of this happens.
You can withdraw your choice at any time by deleting this site's cookies; the notice will then appear again.
How long I keep it
I keep your request as long as needed to help you and for my records, and delete it afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to the processing. Email info@marleys.agency to do so.
If you disagree with something, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
